BATFE needs to go. Since .gov inc. makes just going about your day to
day business impossible to do without breaking some obscure fed,state or
local law or reg. and any prosecutor can indict any citizen they want
to,at any time they want to-and convict them of a felony,everyone will
be deemed a felon,and the second amendment right to keep and bear arms
disappears-forever.
The felons the founders meant who should be prohibited from keeping and
bearing arms were the true psychopaths and sociopaths-truly evil
people-NOT a guy who was convicted of “domestic violence” because he
yelled at his wife during an argument,or the guy who didn’t have the $$$
to pay his taxes,or the guy who did something stupid in his youth.Or,
the veteran who sought help for an issue,and was deemed by the VA as
unfit to own firearms-THAT is pure,unadulterated bullshit!
Our “justice” system is screwed up so badly- the founders wouldn’t
recognize it-or believe that the shit that .gov inc. is doing is going on,and there
has been no armed revolt.
In the old days-when a person sentenced to jail or prison had served his
term-(or her term)-their “debt to society” was deemed to have been
paid,and their firearms were returned to them upon release.
The only people who should be banned from firearms ownership are the
truly evil pyscho and sociopathic individuals who prey on innocent
citizens.
Everyone else should retain their right to keep and bear arms.

NPR’s This American Life digs into some bizarrely counterproductive
sting tactics by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms,
which might have gone unchallenged had the bureau not stiffed a
Milwaukee landlord badly enough to provoke him into taking his story to
Journal Sentinel reporter John Diedrich. “The whole effort has resulted in some attempts to actually disband the entire ATF, which might not be such a bad idea.” BATF is part of the U.S. Department of Justice.
