Since there was near zero interest in the August Class,I will no longer be offering the classes.
At this time,I will not be doing video/online classes either,as there is simply not enough interest.
If you have a group of people who are interested in the classes-(at least 12 people) I will still travel to hold classes.
Thank you to those who attended the classes,and those who helped me promote the classes.
Well Brother I think at this point no one has a group large enough to even be concerned about cooking food for a large number and the safety precautions you need...I think most just want to bang on their keyboards and that's the extent of their Patriotism... Sad That...
ReplyDeleteYeah,and $150.00 for 8-10 hours of class,plus I provided the coffee,tea,sodas,bottled water-and lunch and dinner,along with info provided via e-mail that took me about 40 hours to get together is just too expensive.
DeleteIf I offered the classes for free-they would all be filled to max capacity though.
The first class was a great group of people-turns out only 3 made the effort to attend more classes,or take advantage of the free help with recipes for foods they had stored that I offered.
There's a few people here and there who have sent me e-mails,just not enough to make it worth it for me to put the time and effort into teaching a class.
